Overview of Belt Drying Machine
The materials to be processed are distributed on a conveyor belt through appropriate feeding mechanisms (such as star shaped feeders, swinging belts, crushers, or granulators). The conveyor belt is composed of one or several heating units, each equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. As the conveyor belt passes, hot air passes through the materials from top to bottom or from bottom to top, allowing the materials to dry evenly.
Application of belt dryer
Belt dryer (belt dryer) is a commonly used continuous drying equipment in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, building materials, electronics, etc. It is particularly suitable for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. For filter cake and paste materials, they can also be dried after being formed by granulator or extrusion mechanism.
